(DevSpeak Labs), Cll. 7D # 43A - 40, Piso 8, Medellín, Antioquia 050022, Colombia; contact: info@devspeak.dev. Using the website or writing to Parcero means you accept these terms. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Privacy policy
Information on this site
Each place shows when it was last checked and where the information comes from. Hours, prices and availability change, so confirm on the place's official site before you go. We show no star ratings. How we choose and check places
Parcero, the AI guide
Parcero is an AI, not a person. Its replies are generated automatically, by an AI model or straight from our verified guide, and they can be wrong or out of date. It recommends only places in this guide. It does not replace official, medical or legal advice. In an emergency in Colombia, call 123.
Sponsored content
Listings are editorial unless labeled. A business can pay for priority placement; its listing then always carries the label “Sponsored” (“Patrocinado” in Spanish). At most one sponsored item appears per chat answer and per search, never above position 3. Payment never puts a place in the guide that does not meet our listing criteria.
No affiliation
MyParcero.ai is not affiliated with the businesses listed. Business names are used only to identify the places described; we show no business logos, and a listing does not mean that a business endorses MyParcero.ai or that we endorse it. Publishers are named only as sources, with a link to their page.
Links and bookings
Links take you to other sites, such as a business's official site. We do not sell tickets or take bookings; any booking or purchase happens on the other site, under its terms, between you and that business.
Free for travelers; paid sponsorships for businesses
The guide and Parcero are free for travelers. Businesses can buy a sponsorship from the sponsor dashboard: a subscription billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before payment, in US dollars with taxes included. It is part of the agreement between Devspeak S.A.S. and that business.
- Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells the subscription, takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles taxes and refunds under its own terms. We never receive card numbers.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until it is cancelled. Cancel at any time online with Manage billing in the dashboard; the sponsorship stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Within 14 days of the purchase, the business can withdraw from the dashboard: the subscription ends at once and the payment is refunded in full. Each sponsor can withdraw once. This is in addition to any mandatory right the buyer has under the consumer protection laws of its country.
- A sponsorship buys a labeled placement, never inclusion in the guide or a better review (see Sponsored content).
Acceptable use
- Do not use the chat to send unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
- Do not overload the service or get around its rate limits.
- Do not copy the guide in bulk or present it as your own.
We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.
Ownership
The guide's texts, selection of places, design, the Parcero character and the MyParcero.ai name belong to Devspeak S.A.S.. You may share links and quote short passages with a link back. Business names and the sources we cite belong to their owners.
Corrections and removal
If a listing is wrong, or you own a listed business and want it changed or removed, use “Report a problem” or “Claim or correct this listing” on the place's page. We review requests within 5 business days and remove a listing on request. Corrections and removal
Liability
We work to keep the guide accurate, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that every detail is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, Devspeak S.A.S. is not liable for decisions you make based on the guide or on Parcero's replies, for the products and services of the businesses listed, or for other sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where Devspeak S.A.S. is established. Before any claim, please write to info@devspeak.dev so we can try to solve it together within 30 days. If we cannot, disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia. If you are a consumer, this choice does not take away the protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, including your right to bring a claim before the courts or authorities of that country where those laws allow it.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, we publish the new version here with its effective date before it applies. Contact: Devspeak S.A.S., Cll. 7D # 43A - 40, Piso 8, Medellín, Antioquia 050022, Colombia, info@devspeak.dev.
Change history

- October 31, 2026: Privacy and cookie policy: voice notes (converted to text by Amazon Transcribe; the audio is never stored), Telegram as a messaging channel, how long we keep the technical records of AI replies, the providers that calculate routes and deliver place photos (Amazon Location Service with HERE map data, and Cloudflare), aggregated anonymous statistics for businesses, and the optional Google map on place pages. The terms do not change.
